Phillip R. Maltin has tried over 25 criminal and civil matters to verdict.

Phil specializes in employment litigation and also serves as a pro bono publico prosecutor, representing the People of the State of California in criminal prosecutions.

Phil is an instructor for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Project.

Phil has contributed to many legal publications and has been featured on the cover of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine.

Phil received his Juris Doctor at the DePaul University College of Law, where he was senior editor of the Journal of Health and Hospital Law.   He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at California State University, Chico.
