Mary E. Lathers has tried cases as a civil litigator at Morrison & Foerster and as a pro bono publico prosecutor at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Mary served as Co-Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Project and as an active member of the Constitutional Rights Foundation.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts from Creighton University and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the Law Review.
Mary has ties to the entertainment industry, where she worked as a Producer and Creative Designer for Universal Studios in Hollywood.
